The format of the eighth edition is identical to that first used in the seventh edition—17½ × 10 cm (7 × 4 inches). The full title is the same as for the sixth and seventh editions, but as the role of the University Publisher had by this time been disbanded, the publisher’s name on the imprint was replaced by this colophon:
